1. Agreement and eligibility

By using Momentra, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Momentra for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. Guests who do not agree should not use the invitation, RSVP, upload, or guest-hub features.

2. Accounts and event workspaces

Organisers are responsible for accurate account information, protecting sign-in credentials, assigning team access carefully, and activity performed through their workspace. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may require verification before changing access or recovering sensitive event information.

3. Organiser responsibilities

Organisers control their event content, invitations, guest list, communications, enabled modules, and published experience. They must have a lawful basis and any necessary consent to provide guest contact details, send messages, publish personal information, collect RSVP details, and display uploaded media. Organisers must give guests accurate event information and honour applicable privacy, marketing, accessibility, and consumer-protection requirements.

4. Invitations, guests, and verification

Invitation links and QR codes may be personal, revocable, and monitored for security. Guests must not share a named invitation without organiser permission or try to access another guest record. Phone verification, access history, device sessions, and recovery checks may be used to protect an invitation. An RSVP is sent to the organiser and does not independently guarantee venue entry, travel, accommodation, or any benefit not expressly confirmed by the organiser.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use Momentra unlawfully, deceptively, abusively, or to harass, threaten, discriminate against, or exploit another person.
• Upload malware, infringing content, intimate content without consent, or material that violates privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.
• Probe, bypass, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with security, rate limits, authentication, payment, or plan controls.
• Use invitations, phone verification, recovery, uploads, or communications to send spam or obtain unauthorised access.

6. Content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Momentra a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, resize, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise use that content only to operate and improve the service, comply with law, and protect users. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you provide. Momentra branding, software, designs, and service materials remain owned by us or our licensors.

7. Plans, payments, and add-ons

Available features, event limits, guest limits, storage, messaging volume, verification, and support depend on the selected plan. Prices and taxes are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by DPO or another disclosed payment provider. A paid feature becomes active only after confirmed payment. SMS volume and on-demand services may be charged separately. Except where law requires otherwise, consumed services and message credits are not refundable.

Streaming is an optional premium or on-demand feature and is available only when specifically enabled and confirmed for an event. Availability, capacity, production support, and pricing may vary. A general plan description does not itself guarantee a live-streaming booking.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Momentra reliable but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Networks, devices, app stores, SMS carriers, payment providers, Firebase, and other third parties may affect availability. We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features, and will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect active paid events.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Momentra or request account or event deletion. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, address non-payment, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Sections intended to survive termination, including payment, ownership, liability, and dispute terms, remain effective.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Momentra is provided with reasonable care and skill, but event decisions, guest attendance, organiser content, venue operations, third-party services, and user uploads remain outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties not expressly stated here and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Botswana, without excluding consumer protections that must apply in your country. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, the courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear the dispute.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date or an in-product notice. Questions can be sent to your Momentra support channel.
